General

The River Teith flows out of Loch Venachar (named as Eas Gobhain, Multimap, Map List) over a couple of weirs. However, there is seldom much water in this section and the usual starting point is 3km downstream after the River Leny has joined.

Access

Responsible access to inland water in Scotland is free under the terms of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. See the Scottish access page for more details.
